Since the 90’s studies have shown that 2/3 of Business Transformation and ICT Implementations fail. In 2014, according to Accenture, 2/3 still fail. The difference today, is that failure is increasingly putting businesses at risk.

Our methodology consists of three simple steps

1. Be passionate. Put simply, Passion is a game-changer. we work with businesses to identify, attract, recruit and manage passionate employees, and to link passion and performance to the bottom line.

2. Build capability. Often importance is confused with urgency. Capability building begins by understanding what is most important in a business, and then prioritise relative to this. We work with business to create a baseline of what the business is truly about, where it ideally wants to be, and the self-funding steps to get there.

3. Setting the right goals. SMART goals are focused on creating value and outcomes. They are linear in nature, and unsuitable for disruption transformational. We work with businesses to also create goals around values, to make goals meaningful, and to evoke passion for meeting them.
